Busy Season Office Lunch – Free food Wednesdays have returned to HQ and will be held through September 27th. What’s on the menu? 8/30 – Sandwiches, 9/6 – Thai, 9/13 – Pizza, 9/20 – American, 9/27 – Chinese.
9/4 – Labor Day – As a reminder, offices will be closed on Monday, September 4th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday. We wish all our staff and their families and friends a safe and happy holiday. Thanks for your hard work and dedication. Continue being an inspiration to all.
9/10 Grandparent’s Day – Take some time to pause and appreciate the older generations of our families.
9/11 Patriot Day – We remember the sacrifices of U.S. citizens and service members on the day that is forever burned into our hearts and minds. Twenty years after 9/11, we still bear the effects today. As the towers fell, the Pentagon burned and the ground smoldered in that rural Pennsylvania field, our nation rallied to stand arm-in-arm. Each year on 9/11, officially designated Patriot Day, we stand together again and proclaim, “never forget.”
Fun Fridays are Back!
To help us charge through busy season, we’ll be encouraging office and remote staff to participate in themed attire beginning Friday, September 8th and continuing through Friday, September 29th.
Themes as follows:
September 8 – Team Spirit – Wear your favorite college, NFL, or other sports team!
September 15 – Decades Day – Wear attire from your favorite era!
September 22 – Go Crazy or Go Country! – Dress up with crazy hair, crazy hats or your best on the farm attire!
September 29 – Show Your True Colors – Wear your favorite color and have some with it! Extra credit for accessories or if a department wants to share a color and dress alike.
