October 14 – Strategic’s 30th Anniversary & Indigenous Peoples’ Day – On this day, Strategic celebrates thirty years in operation. In recognition of our staff’s efforts in our recent Company Branding Survey, we have granted a bonus holiday! Indigenous Peoples’ Day honors and commemorates the history and cultures of American Indians, Alaskan Natives and Native Hawaiians. Government agencies will be closed. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, October 15th.
October 16 – National Boss’s Day – Studies show many positive benefits for employee recognition. In addition to recognizing peers and individual contributors, it’s important to remember and acknowledge leaders who build camaraderie, promote inclusion and foster innovation within teams. If you are thankful for your boss, be sure to tell them today!
October 31 – Halloween – Are you ready for some frights and ghoulish delights? Costumes will be optional for staff on this day. We’ll plan to meet at 3:30 pm for a photo opportunity. Staff are encouraged to share their culinary talents by bringing in their best Halloween themed snacks or desserts. For those partaking in other Halloween festivities or trick-or-treating, we encourage you to share your best costume photos for our social media. The photo with the most “likes” will win a prize.
