Michele Allgier | Lead Generation Specialist
• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?
I’ve recently joined the team, started in October of this year
• What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?
Academically I got a degree in Communications from Butler University in 1984. Professionally I have 30 plus years in advertising, publishing, and software/application lead gen and sales/marketing. I took some time off to raise my daughters, full time.
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
I love evangelizing Strategic Communications JPS trust offerings. It’s so fulfilling to help police officers/firemen.
• What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
How effective a great marketing and partnership team is, working together every day! I love this team!
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
Tennis, and working out. I enjoy my family, and spend too much money on my grandkids!
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
I loved Wicked, and enjoyed Yellowstone, until they killed somebody off, recently. I like any book about US History, especially about the Civil War.
• What is something that people may not know about you?
I love to sing, but can’t join the choir at church. The choir director said I’m too loud. I have sung for years, as does my sister, Katie. As far as hobbies, I would love to see every Civil War battlefield. Would love to get my masters in US History.

• What is a skill you’d love to learn if you had more free time?
I’d love to learn how to play a musical instrument, either the piano or guitar.

I’ve been with Strategic Communications since Feb 2023
• What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?
I served in the United States Navy for 10 years as an Electronics Technician
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
Seeing the final product and presenting to a happy customer.
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
My favorite thing about life right now is being a dad to my two kids.
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
I really don’t have much time for TV these days. Kids are super active in multiple competitive sports. We live at the ball field and at the gym
• What is something that people may not know about you?
I played 2 seasons of college football at Georgetown College before joining the military.
