Lacy Taylor | Federal Account Manager
Lacy has worked at Strategic for a total of 10 years, advancing into the sales department as a Federal Account Manager. Previously working at her family’s moving company, she loves the competitive aspect of sales and submitting RFQ’s for government contracts in her current position. Throughout her career, she has learned to “admit when you’re wrong, apologize, and learn from the situation”. Outside of work you can find Lacy reading, watching TV, or spending time with family. some additional fun facts about Lacy are that she is 30% Japanese, and 1 out of 26 grandchildren in her family!
Steven Barousse | Project Engineering Manager
After working as a broadcast engineer in a variety of industries, Steven started as a Project Engineering Manager two years ago at Strategic. He holds a BS in Information Technology with a Project Management specialization, an MS in Information Technology Systems Management, active Project Management Professional (PMP), and Society of Broadcast Engineers certifications. The most fulfilling part about his job is being apart of a project from beginning to end. He has learned that adaptability is essential. When he isn’t working, he is spending time with his two daughters, listening to the podcast “Coffee Break Spanish,” or butchering meat for the handmade curing chamber he built.
Michael Tang | Director of IT
Michael graduated from OSU with a BS in Electrical and Computer engineering, then worked for the IT department of Zappo’s before coming to Strategic about 4 months ago. He has found that solving complex issues for user audiences is the most rewarding aspect of his position. The biggest lesson he’s taken away from his career thus far is the important balance between company culture and company process. You can find Michael hiking and spending time outdoors or watching movies when he’s not solving IT problems. A fun fact about Michael is that he has returned two dogs back to their owners!
