• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?

I started working at Strategic in January 2023

What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?

I’ve worked in telecommunications for over 25 years in a few different states and internationally. I spent several years doing telecom working in U.S Embassies across the globe, including Bulgaria, Armenia, Republic of Georgia, Russia, Bosnia, and Barbados.

What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?

I like finding the most efficient way to accomplish tasks. I like being able to be able to come in ahead of schedule but also knowing that my team and I did quality work.

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

There is always something new to learn. I’ve been doing this work for a long time so there have been changes along the way. Working with a team that has different levels of experience, there is still always something to learn from everyone.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?

I really enjoy traveling, especially to the beach or anywhere warm.

What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?

I don’t watch tv very much, but I just recently started watching Yellowstone.

What is something that people may not know about you?

Growing up my dad worked for PanAm Airlines which was so different than the airlines are today. We moved a lot for his job from Virginia, Texas, Florida, and then to Kentucky. But we had the opportunity to take a lot of trips with the airline. That’s probably why I love traveling so much now
