Strategic Communications enables U.S. Army customers in configuring and streamlining purchases of computer desktops. Pre-built configurations offered to Army customers include Standard, Performance, Integrated and Workstation desktops. Each desktop comes with a standard 3 year warranty. In addition, users have the option to purchase 1 year and 2 year warranty extensions.

In accordance with Army CIO/G6 policy, all Desktops and Notebooks are to be shipped with the Army Golden Master(AGM) as a standard baseline configuration.
