Eric Heck | Government Contracts Sales Admin
• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?
I’ve been here just over two wonderful years now
• What is your favorite project you’ve worked on at Strategic?
The development of the reporting using Tableau. I’ve taken two sets of classes to improve/learn skills in Tableau to improve and enhance reporting for the Sales team and I hope to soon do the same for Marketing
• What does your dream vacation look like?
Two words….the beach. Would love to go to Hawaii, the Mediterranean, or maybe somewhere remote like Bora Bora or Fiji, although I may not come back.
• Who is your favorite musical artist, and what was the first concert you attended?
Ask anyone who has listened to DJ Heck and you will know that my range of music interest is eclectic. First concert that I can remember was seeing the Beach Boys at old Cardinal Stadium
• How would your family, friends, or coworkers describe you in three words?
Loves his family.
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
I am enjoying several new Star Wars and Marvel series on Disney+ and can be seen watching one or more Star Trek series most other nights.
Hailey Cambell | Accounts Receivable
Hailey has always been an outstanding member of the team but she has decided to accept an internal auditing role with Yum Brands. We will miss Haily and wish her the best!
• What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on at Strategic?
Accounting is more task-based than project based, but my favorite task is probably anything collaborative. Everyone in accounting makes a great team!
• What does your dream vacation look like?
A fun city with plenty of sights to see/ things to do with a variety of different foods to try!
• Who is your favorite musical artist, and what was the first concert you attended?
My first concert was Ariana Grande back when I was a freshman in high school. I’m a pretty loyal fan so I would say she’s probably still my favorite!
• How would your family, friends, or coworkers describe you in three words?
Energetic, driven, and spontaneous
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
I’m a complete sucker for reality television. If I had to pick one as my favorite, I would probably go with “The Circle” on Netflix. It’s basically a popularity contest with social media but they always have such interesting personalities ( I could totally win ) !

35 years at South Central AV Starting as a tech and working my way up to Operation Manger
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
The ability to help customers solve issues
• What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Without the customer we are out of work
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
Woodworking and helping my wife run a small business of craft designs (like shirts, cups, and name type signs. Spending time with family
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
Not much time for this type of stuff. I would rather be doing something in the shop or outside

Since January 2021, about 1 year and 7 months
• What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?
I worked for another contractor on the ADMC CHESS contract for 2.5 years
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
Winning Awards after all the hard work put in each customer request
• What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Go where the money is
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
Being with family & friends, traveling, working out, and growing some of my own fruits & vegetables

I like all of Joel Rosenberg’s books

I met Jim Caviezel at my Church
